Suman has 18 years of experience in maximizing the potential of the private sector, with 14 years specializing in establishing project implementation processes (such as PPP and structuring, executing investment cycles, originating deals, and building partnerships to raise capital). Suman also has expertise in financial modeling and analysis for project viability, helping the private sector access climate funds, and developing plans, policies, and regulatory instruments to facilitate market effectiveness.

Prajwol Ghimire is a cybersecurity and data systems professional with a strong focus on risk, auditing, and intelligent automation. He is currently contributing to a sustainability-focused project with ESRA, supporting research and strategic analysis on solar panel recycling and circular economy initiatives in New South Wales, Australia.

His core expertise lies in cybersecurity auditing, where he assesses system vulnerabilities, strengthens security controls, and supports compliance with established standards. He applies a structured, risk-driven approach to help organizations build secure, resilient, and trustworthy digital environments.

Prajwol also brings experience in AI-driven data extraction and validation, designing systems that improve data accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making.
